Unpaid funds

On the 11th of May i booked a flight through travel start and they selected SAA, money was deducted from my account on the 11th .I used the tickets on the 13th of May and on the 14th of May they came and debited my account again with the same amount. I have reported and send them bank statements, but they have failed to re-imburse me. My reference number is VT8v5f
