Unnecessarily Charged.

Got to the counter, with both my son & wife's luggage in one suite case. The total allowance is 23kg each, making it a total of 46kg. But because it was 26kg in one suite case. SAA charges me R300, when we still have 20kg left. Absolutely ridiculous that one person can't think for herself or even make a simple equation!!!!!
