Unhappy customer based on no response

I had recently (10/11/2015) booked a ticket to fly from johannesburg (ORT airport) to pietermaritzburg (Orbi Airport) however when booking the i accidentally booked it the wrong way around. Instead of JHB to PMB i booked it PMB to JHB. When at the airport booking another ticket i asked the SAA agents (Who i can say was really helpful) if there was anything whereby the ticket could be refunded. They told me it was not possible to refund the entire air-fair but i can claim back airport taxes. I was given the email address of [Email Removed] I was informed to mail them and state my problem and they shall assist me. It been 3 weeks since the mail and a follow up mail but till today i have not received a single response. I feel this is highly unprofessional of such a well established airline as SAA. I am highly disappointed at the way they treat a customer who requires help.
