Unfriendly, unhelpfully and seemingly obstructive

Asked for isle seat on SAA 303, got given a window seat 16A from this unfriendly stoic person. He also issued a return pass for tonight from Cape Town and guess what again a window seat! This is why I rate SAA as the most unfriendly airline to fly in the world.
