Unforgettably Bad

<p>On 6/01/2017 my family and I flew down to Dbn from JHB. When we checked in we were told that non of the conveyer belts were working and it was very likely that our bags would not be put on or flight in time. Due to the kaos at the airport our flight was delay by 40 mins and then when we finally bordered we were asked by the captain to wait abit more so that they could try and get as many bags on board. 30 minutes later we were finally ready to take off and were told that only about 12 passengers bags didnt make it. Upon our arrival in Dbn we found that over 30 passengers bags didn't get loaded. We were all told that our bags would arrive on the first flight the next morning and we were given contact numbers to call and check. </p> <p>As we were heading to the south coast we had to delay our trip till the next day, but still the bag did not arrive and no one answered any of the numbers given or kept us updated with what was going on. To our surprise our bags arrived on the evening of the 08/01/2017, in time for us to fly home the next afternoon. </p> <p>I have try contacting the airline via phone and email, but to date I have not recieved a response. </p> <p> </p>
