Unanwered call and broken webpage links

I called to SAA call centre with an enquiry this morning and waited 15 minutes with no answer. I decided to hang up and try about an hour later. The same thing happened waiting bout 20 minutes. I tried using the SAA website and was even more frustrated when I found that booking a flight section didn't work. When I selected destination city it did not show the full list to select from. The departure city for the return date shows nothing. I can clearly see no maintenance is done on the site as its cumbersome and very difficult to navigate. The SAA site needs updating. Please have a look at British Airways website!
