Unaccompanied minor badly treated on the flight

During the SA 237 London to Joburg flight on 25 Aug 2015, my 6 year old son asked the crew for the bathroom and the response was \over there". He then asked again for the bathroom as he still did not know where it was. The lady then shouted angrily \""over there!\"". This has left my son distressed and he now no longer wants to fly unaccompanied. \""Over there\"" is not an appropriate answer to give to an unaccompanied 6 year old child in a large aircraft with hundreds of passengers. The child is unaccompanied and should be accompanied to the bathroom"
