Unacceptable Service

<p>My flight is delayed by an hour,its my birthday and now I have to make alternative travelling arrangements due to my flight being. The check in people could care less. If I was late I would have to pay in extra to get onto an alternative flight. I findit f completely unacceptable that I have to be inconvenienced in such a manner. </p> <p> </p>
