Unable to donate Voyager miles to Reach for a Dream

<p>I have 11609 miles expiring today 31 March 2017 which I wish to donate to Reach for a Dream.</p> <p>I can login to SAA Voyager with my username and pin on line but am unable to donate the miles and now it show ) miles and I should have 5059 milest left after the donation! When I phone Voyager it says the membership number and pin are incorrect and I cannot get further than the recorded voice.</p> <p>I have sent emails to Voyager and received only 1 reply stating that they would come back in 10 days!</p> <p>I wonder whether Reach for a Dream knows that SAA Voyager is keeping all these miles.about this </p>
