TVs didn't work on an 11 hour flight

<p>I recently flew from Perth to Johannesburg on SAA where none of the TVs were working (on an 11 hour flight). My blanket also smelled like stinky feet which I've actually experienced with them before. You would think that SAA would have sent out some kind of formal apology and incentive for the passengers to want to use them again but I've received zero communication from them. I have emailed with no reply besides an auto generated response. I have called but there is never anyone available to talk.</p> <p> </p> <p>Their planes are completely outdated and their customer service is absolutely shocking. You'd think being so much more expensive than the indirect flights you could at the very least receive an apology.</p>
