Treated unfairly and disrespected

<p>On saturday 01.04.2017 i was due to leave for OR Tambo from King Shaka international. I was refused entry on to the flight due to the fact that my surname was written as my name and name as surname. I found this appaulling as i had my ID document with me, so what was the big deal at the end of the day the names on the ID were the same as those on the boarding pass.... So why was i not let on the plane , not to mention the amount of money i lost or the fact that i was highly inconvinienced . I find this to be unfair and cruel treatment. I demand an answer and resolution for the load of ******* i was dealt with on this unfortunate day. SAA if this is how you now treat customers then SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!! FYI money does not fall from the sky , I dont sneaze and Randellas fall out from my nostrils, so who will refund me for the money lost?. Your urgent response will be greatly appreciated</p>
