Traveling with bicycle

Book a flight to Windhoek via SA Airways on website thinking we are flying SA airways. But got to fly SA Airlink! Finally got to book in, there was a problem to take the bike with! The the supervisor to answering his /her phone! We had to deflate the tyres! Tyers are tubeless with all the sludge messing everywhere! Just to be told if the plane is over weight the bicycle will be taken off due to it not being pre booked! Had to stop at a bike shop to get the tyres sealed again in Windhek! Cosing us money again. So when we left Windhoek after the weekend! Guess what! Again we had problems! Told us the sport equipment may only be 15kg! Our bags were under 16kg each! And still be had to pay excess for the bike! Costing us money again!!!! None of the staff was helpful and very unfriendly attitude! Knowing this I would rather choose Air Namibia to fly to Cape Town and Back! Air Namibia always friendly and helping service! Dont think SA airways or SA Airlink will see me on a flight again!
