totally unreliable voyager registration - worrisome Loyalty programme

<p>I have been flying with South African airways for several years and during this time, I was dilligently always registering my airmiles with the airlines programme that they have. I fly nearly once a week and couldnt understand why I have never been provided with an update of my mileage acitivity. I recently made a formal enquiry on the staus of my airmiles to find that the airline have never captured anything and now they lay blame on me for their failure in registering my airlmiles.
