Total ******* - SAA Voyager - Platnum life programme

Platinum life members, we pay huge money to get this status with SAA and we all have been severely and utterly ********** by SAA. Please see below regarding what happened. South African Airways Voyager Program:

Platinum life member. To become a Platinum life member costs a huge amount of money and it takes 5 years to become a member. The reason for me to do this was for the rewards program and unfortunately SAA has changed the rewards program continuously. The program then became less and less of what the rewards were in the beginning. It actually got so bad that it wasn't worthwhile being a member such that I wish I could get my money back. It's a total con situation and now with SAA not even flying much especially internationally, it is absolutely worthless.

The miles that you have gathered is now also being wiped out if you don't use them, but how can you use them under the following two conditions:

There is no routes I want to fly with SAA as they do not fly there anymore, like Hong Kong.

Secondly, every time I try to book with SAA (locally) I find that they are more expensive more than the other airlines most of the time. So why must I use them.

This is totally unacceptable
