Ticket Price

I booked tickets to travel to Lusaka over the internet and when I went into Pick and Pay to pay for my Air Tickets, the price of the tickets had increased by R1,880.00. I had until 16:00 on the 05/11/2015 to process the payment to keep the original booked price. Even though I paid for the tickets before the deadline, I was still charged the more expensive price. The Call Center Staff were very unhelpful and the team leader refused to take my call.
