This is the last time I will every fly with SAA

<p>My family and I decided to fly back home to South Africa from Chile to surpise my family for Christmas. Little did I know but this trip ended up being a nightmare thanks to SAA. First of all, we were delayed in Brazil by over and hour, then when we landed in Jnb, we discovered that they had completely destroyed one of our suitcases and the other had gone missing, we wanted to complain but didn't have the time due to the flight being late and us having limitted time to board our domestic flight, however, due to the long procedure of us having to file a missing bag report, we ended up missing the domestic flight anyways. We were then only put on a flight 5 hours later. Once we arrived in Durban, we were assured the bag woould arrive within 48 hours. We landed on 22nd of December, the missing bag was delivered on the 27th of December! We were told that if we filed a claim they would compensate us for having to buy new clothing. Until this day, not one representative has gotten back to me on my claim nor have a received any said compensation. Worst airline ever.</p>
