I was flying from East London to Durban on the 23rd of August and my brand new jacket (with the price tag still) was ****** out of my luggage bag. Reported it at the East London airport and was told SAA was responsible for the feedback as my luggage was hold baggage. Ten days later I go back to them to say that I have not received any feedback since, I then am told to follow up with ********** I do that and do date (more than a month later) I have not heard a word from them. Been on the line to their call centre, 24 minutes and counting. . .
