They dont fulfill their promise to add miles

Every single time I fly, I have to chase them in order to get my miles... however, this case is special, flew with Copa Airlines back in June. Tried adding miles via their "claim missing miles" website but it didn't work

Sent emails with the copy of the boarding passes but never got my miles. This is the answer I got:

Dear MR CASSIO CARVALHAES We hereby acknowledge receipt of your letter dated 04-Jul-2019 01:50:00. Please be advised we are encountering a problem crediting the following flights: CM 801 GRU PTY 02 Jun 19 CM 533 PTY MDE 02 Jun 19 CM 678 MDE PTY 17 Jun 19 CM 800 PTY GRU 17 Jun 19 and we have sent the query to our systems department once it has been resolved we will revert back to you.

They are encountering problems... And then they sent me an account statement which states "miles not credited due to name mismatch"

Tebogho once helped me with a very similar issue, I don't get why it has been so difficult to add my miles this times
