These people do not care who you are - you are trash to them.

I had not one, not two, but three very negative experiences with staff members for SAA's business class in Joburg both in the lobby and on the flight. I cannot believe that I paid over R5000 for my tickets for a trip domestically to CT and am met with this. I cannot imagine how they treat their economy class people. They are probably invisible to them.
