Theives!! Blatant *******

<p>Booked and paid for flights to Durban, even paid cancellation extras and upgrade extras.Unfortunately got very ill week before flight and even got a doctors note to say that I could not travel.Paid almost R3000 for my ticket (incl. these extras) and i only get refunded R150 (one hundred and fifty rand)!!!Response I got is that policy does not allow refunds - then why charge a cancellation extra? Then I was told "I was not hospitalised" - so you would prefer I get on a plane and infect everyone else and potentially DIE before you refund my money, because I was not hospitalised? Disgraceful attitude!! No-one takes ownership and investigates the matter further!! I am demanding a FULL refund as am sure this is lining some persons pocket who doesnt need it but I do. Would appreciate attention on this matter - instead of standard responses - please let someone who can think answer this query!!</p>
