Theft in the plane

My wife BL Moepadira was on flight SA 405 to PE today. When she got into the plane one of your staff members rudely told her that her bag is to big to be carried as a hand luggage. My wife explained that she is carrying it as a hand luggage because it meets the required size and she did not even lock it.

The said staff member rudely, grabbed the bag out of her hands and my wife proceeded to her sit.

My wife just called me now to say she is missing her perfume and she does not know what else is missing.

My request is that I would like to be given a list of all ladies who were in this plane so that I can open a case of theft.
