Theft!

Very disappointed! On Friday evening upon my arrival at the East London airport I looked for the wrapping guys at the EL airport but they were not there! And because I was worried my flight would leave me I had to go straight to the counter, I asked the lady at the counter if I could take my bag in and she said no! But the strange thing is that they allowed me to take my bag in at the JHB airport at the SAA counter. So after the lady at the SAA counter in EL refused to let me take my medium sized bag in I had no choice but to put my bag into get taken into the aircraft. Upon arrival in JHB at home I realised that my bag had been ransacked as my clothes were upside down and my perfume had been stollen! SAA what needs to happen now?
