Theft

Our Grandmothers flight was booked to leave at 8:25am on the 12/12/2017 (Today) She is 83 years and was escorted through the security gate in a wheel chair and when she got there they told her that she had pills in her bag (which is her medication) they then took her bag to search it which had R1000-00 in cash which was given to her before she checked in. Once she had boarded the plane and they where ready to take off she realized that the R1000-00 had been taken and there was nothing she could do! She immediately called us to inform us and we have been trying to contact your call center for a couple of hours but not a soul answers!!!! Your website also does not work and the information provided there must be incorrect since the phones just RING!!! Please contact me on ********** 341 (louise) to sort this out!
