The best Air Hostess EVER

Friday 16th February I was on a flight from Beira to Johannesburg with air hostess Damaris Ramabulana being the one to look after the passengers. I fly SAA fairly regularly and have never had any reason to complain as their staff in general is friendly and accommodating. Damaris however really went out of her way to accommodate a passenger on board. When snacks were served, he was not happy as he wanted a "special" meal, requesting a vegan meal. She asked him if he had ordered a special meal and it seems he did not. She offered him the choices available, being chicken or a "vegetarian" which he declined. After serving all passengers, she again returned to him with other offerings from a selection on a previous flight to ensure the gentleman can have a snack and not go hungry. She remained patient and as sweet throughout trying to appease the gentleman who never ordered a special meal, but making sure that he does not go hungry. She is really an awesome young lady and deserves recognition for her going the extra mile to accommodate this man. Being honest, other air hostesses would have probably just left the situation at that as he did not order a special meal, therefore not their fault? Well done Damaris - you are a beautiful lady, and I honestly hope I have the honor of flying on a flight where you are the hostess!!
