Terrible Start to Our Holiday

<p>SAA over booked our flight to Sao Paulo - 18th Dec. So not only did we stand in a hour que we also then missed our connecting flight and a full day in Rio.</p> <p> </p> <p>I think it's appalling this time of year and you don't even get a genuine sorry - it's just take a voucher and move along. </p> <p> </p> <p>Never again will I use this airline </p> <p> </p>
