Terrible service for un-accompanied minor

<p>Booked a flight on-line for my 2 kids, aged 15 and 8, from Durban to Johannesburg.</p> <p>Departure was at 19:20, arrival on 20:20.</p> <p>Arrived at check-in counters at 18:00, did check in for the kids, no issues.</p> <p>18:10, as we are sitting at the airport spur, I get a call from SAA informing me that my younger boy cannot get on the plane as he must land before 20:00!!</p> <p>Nothing on the on-line booking system tells me about this, no one bothered to call in addvance, not even at the check in did they say anything!!</p> <p>Had to rush around like a mad thing, get tickets to earlier flight at 18:45 to land befor 20:00. Had to pay the difference, which was more than the original tickets cost, and all for the sake of 15 minutes!!!</p> <p>SAA, fix your website to warn people of this event!!</p> <p>Join the 21st century!!</p>
