Terrible service

I have been waiting for over a month for my refund from SAA for a flight that was delayed for 12 hours, with no communication nor refreshments. Was forced to book with another airline to make in time for my daughter to get back to school. Every day I am being told matter is being escalated, which is just a tactic they use
