Terrible service

<p>South Africa airways, first you delay your flight and then I reach Capetown airport my bag is nowhere to be found, to top it up there's only one consultant available who is *********** has no idea what to advise, I'm really disappointed, such service from a star alliance member is absolutely unacceptable!! </p>
