"Flight Experience Review: South African Airways (SAA)

I recently had the misfortune of experiencing poor service on a SAA flight. Unfortunately, the flight attendants exhibited unacceptable behavior, including:

1. Rudeness and unfriendliness. 2. Abrupt communication style. 3. Limited English proficiency, particularly among senior crew members.

A notable incident involved being asked about meal preferences in an unprofessional manner, with the attendant simply stating "what you want?" without any courtesy or regard for passenger comfort.

This level of service falls short of industry standards and my personal expectations. As a result, I would not recommend SAA to others and will explore alternative airlines for future travel.

It’s almost as if though when you take a flight from PE to Jhb they don’t want you back there ever.
