Terrible Customer service & Refund Process.

STAY AWAY FROM SAA Rather go FlySAA

Very bad customer service and unprofessional consultants.

I booked SAA on the 23/12/2023 and cancelled the ticket on the 25th of Dec but upto now no clear instruction or timeframe on when l will get my money back. Terrible online refund process. I email them everyday nobody care to respond and it's the same even if you phone them, nobody answers.

For years l used this airline but never ever ever again!!!!
