Terrible customer service at check-in

I was refused to fly using my ****en name. I had my Dutch ID card - legal photo ID as well as my marriage certificate. The check-in supervisor said that the certificate was useless as it was 16 years old. Well, that's how long I have married. She then proceeded to cancel my ticket, which was a flexi-ticket. This enabled me to change to date of the flight, and indeed a name change. I was forced to purchase a new ticket an exorbitant price. Over twice the price of my original ticket for the same flight! This is totally unacceptable and I have had no response to my complaint. Would definitely not recommend.
