TAX invoice request

Good day, all I am after are a few TAX invoices for flights that were booked in August. The online request did not work, the call centre could not assist me, no one responded to my email after 10 days and I held the line for more that 30 minutes to customer care on more than three occasions. Please, I need the invoices so we can claim the VAT.
