Taken off plane to make space for VIP

I booked a flight for my employee to fly from East London to Durban on the 11th of February 2016, two weeks before the scheduled flight on 25 February 2016 (Air Ticket number ***) on a business trip. After boarding the plane as the last passenger, my employee was asked to leave the plane together with 2 other passengers. The excuse used by the airline hostess was that the airplane was full!
My employee was then asked to go to the SAA check in counter in order for a flight ticket to be issued to him for a flight the next day! At the check in counter my employee asked the service attendant to contact me to explain the reason for him to miss his flight.
I then received a call from the service attendant explaining that due to weather conditions that the captain of the scheduled flight have decided to only carry 47 passengers for the flight although there are 50 passenger seats on board. As a result, the last 3 passengers that boarded the plane were subsequently asked to leave the plane and go to the SAA check in counter.
I explained to the service attendant that this was totally unacceptable and that I have booked and paid in advance for accommodation and car hire.
