Suitcase broken

My suitcase was handed in at durban airport to go to Jhb SA550 and straight through to SA1013 bloemfontein.

Upon arrival in bloemfontein after flight SA1013 January 17th, I got my suitcase and found the handles connecting to the wheels and handles to push the suitcase were broken off. See photos attached.

My sister fetched me at the bloemfontein airport 17h00 on January 17th, 2020. She had an ear operation and did not feel well therefore there we did not have time to report my broken suitcase (that was broken by SAA employees) at the SAA offices. I am highly upset by this. I need replacement of this suitcase and SA Airlines have to pay me R800 into my account so that I can buy another suitcase.
