Stressful experience with SAA

***/29FEB16/0809GMT<br> Our luggage was extremely late for our boat cruise.I don't know where to start however my honeymoon started off terrible. We booked flights on the 29th February from OR Tambo to Durban to go on a Cruise as planned. As we arrived in Durban to my surprise our bags didn't arrived however was told that the bags will arrive with the next available flight 11h20 by Sbusiso. I asked him several times to double check and confirm and he responded that it will be at the Harbour by 12h00. As time went by still no sign of SAA and we tried several times phoning the number ***/2 - however no answer from the numbers. Not even a single phone call from Sbusiso. We tried phoning the number more than 20 times, however no answer, someone answered once after numerous attempts and when we gave the ref number just release the call. Everyone was already onboard at 14h00 and we were still left stranded outside waiting for our luggage. Logged a complain:Case Reference Number: *** - I am still waiting for feedback as to what happened.
