****** iPhone from luggage

<p>I traveled from JNB to LLW and had checked luggage as well as a carry on with all my valuables from laptop to iPhone to jewelry. When I attempted to board the plane I was told there was no more room in the overhead bins and I would have to check my luggage in on the tarmac. I didn't want to do this and JNB is notorious for theft and I had all my valuables in the suitcase. I removed my laptop but that was all I could take and watche the bag being taken away. Once arrived in LLW, and having unpacked, I saw my iPhone was missing. I contact SAA on Nov 1 about this, was assigned a case number and person on Nov 2, got an email on Nov 9 from the case worker I had been assigned to. Silence. I wrote again on Nov 16 to ask what was happening. Silence. I just wrote again today, over TWO MONTHS later. I am still waiting for someone to respond and to advise on what SAA plans to do to compensate for this.</p>
