****** clothes and perfumes on SAA flight and no response to the claim

I took an International flight on South African Airways (SAA) 25days ago in July 2017 and upon arrival on the next day I realized that my clothes and three designer perfumes had been ****** from my bag. I went to the airport to SAA to report and was made to fill in a claim form and I was told that my claim will be investigated processed and sorted within 21 days. Upto date NO phone call no email nothing from South African Airways not even a response to my claim email to confirm receipt of the forms. I am grossly disappointed and I am thinking of escalating and taking legal action on this matter. M.K. Zulu in Durban.
