Still awaiting a response to my emails!

Absolutely terrible delay in response to a few emails I have sent recently! The first email was responded to in about 17 days and the recent email with regards to my flight this weekend is still awaiting a response. I am appalled at the amount given for baggage allowance as well! On another airline out from RSA I was allowed 32kg main bag, with a 7kg hand luggage. Now flying back home with my home airline they only allow 23kg main and 7kg hand luggage! What do I do with the additional 9kgs? Pay to bring back what I left with?? Absolutely ridiculous!
