South African Airways will not refund me my money!!!

South African Airways is now conning innocent citizens of their hard earned cash. Can i tell you how livid i am because these people will not refund me my money!! i booked a flight last month for my sister the money went through but i did not get a booking confirmation or anything, i called and did not get much assistance from the agent i spoke to. i went to the airport to enquire and the guy i spoke to said they would refund the money in 7 working days. to this day i am still waiting for my money. i booked again last week thursday for my grandmother. fortunately this time i got a booking confirmation. then following day a lady callled me from the flight services saying she needed to send me E-tickets and asked for confirmation of the card i was using, only to find that another payment was processed. i called her to enquire she said she saw that they had double processed the payment so they would process a refund. and i would get my money last friday she said. can i tell you i am still waiting for them to refund me!!! now that the aircraft is running at a loss we must double pay??? this is not fair so i have now lost close to R4000 in december!!! how is this fair?????? i cant deal with this airline really.
