South African Airways taking forever with my refunds!

On 17 November 2022, I cancelled a return flight that I had booked with SAA through booking.com. It is now 10 January 2023 and I still have not been refunded. After numerous phone calls to SAA and booking.com I am not receiving any assistance. This is extremely frustrating because I paid a lot of money for these flights. My total flights were R8839,84
