SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS *****S MY MILES

SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS HAVE ****** MY MILES....they have cancelled a ticket without my permission... refunded me the taxes and not the miles that I used to book the ticket... They claim that I sent an email requesting a cancellation... I have no such record and no re-collection of such.... I have asked for them to show me the email which they claim I sent...Two weeks have passed and I cannot get hold of anyone and I can no longer see my ticket online... The manager working on this case at voyager seems to have disappeared... refused to give me his direct line and refused to give me his surname... I only know him as Tshepo, a manager at Voyager....
