South African Airway's ****py service and refusal to refund me

So I had to cancel my flight due to death in my family. SAA is refusing to refund me for the ticket that I canceled. A very unfriendly Vuyelwa Mahle was unable to even properly explain to me why they are unable to refund my ticket.
