South african Airways punishing exporter !!!

Ref/booking: 7JGKE8/Dbn-Harare-Dbn/2 adults/R 8538.32<br> It was valid for pmt till 2200/18th Jun.<br> I went to website/18th-1330 to pay but booking was not available.I called SAA/2 pm,& spoke to Mammone.She asked to mail her the booking recd from SAA.I mailed it .I called SAA 4pm and told story to agent.The agent confirmed. recvg. mail.Per agent,some system problem resulted booking cancell b4 time and will refer to webhelp and make waiver.Again called SAA,spoke to Lindelani fr 30 min.I told,i am an exporter and have urgent meetings with cust. in Zim and must have tickets ASAP.He assured to sort out on monday-june22.He took my credit card details.I took his cell no to have direct contact.Today i called Lindelani.He told superior come at 1.30pm so will call 2pm, but did not.At 3pm, i called SAA spoke to Tiyiselani.He assured to call in 30 min,but did not.I called Lindelani,he asked me to call Lungi. Lungi was in meeting so i spoke to Aida fr 45 min-but nothing happened.Overall its a long story full of anguish, frustration, anger and helplessness,still no tickets.<br> This has spoiled my export biz.I demand SAA must book 2 tkts immed.and these must be free of cost to compensate for mess caused
