South African Airways poor service

I had a flight booked for 07:30 with South African Airways I arrived at the check in point at 06:50 they refused to check in my bag apparently because luggage check in was closed so I had missed the flight. They refused to assist rather they emphasised on booking another flight at a ridiculous price even. Sad to say but I will never use this airline in future. Very disappointing.
