South African Airways....Not on point and Dissapointing

<p>SAA is soo disappointing, i booked a flight from EL to Cape town and now am having problems am stuck in Durban, am told i cant change and fly from Durban to Capetown. Apparently re routing is not allowed, ni one even listens to your reasoning even if you willing to pay penalties. This is un acceptable and dissapointing. </p>
