South African Airways is useless!!!!

Booked a flight from PE to JHB with SAFAIR and had to change a name...within 10 minutes I managed to change the name and pay the amount required....no worries.

Then tried to change the return flight from JHB to PE that I booked with SAA...........only to be told that I can not do it???? How can a airline tell me I can not change a name? They said I must cancel the flight and book a new one, not getting any refund and losing almost R2000!!!!!!

This is extremely dissapointing and bad service from SAA!
