South African Airways - Disgusting service

<p>I travelled with SAA from cpt to jhb to frankfurt. each of my flights were delayed. i travelled for 1.5 days before i finally reached my destination. i missed out on the first day of my conference which cost over 15k and then the cherry on top...4days later and my luggage still has not arrived. I've called, emailed and tweeted a 100 times over but still nothing. They just dont care.</p>
