South African Airways bunch of

I booked tickets to Mauritius with South African Airways. My Surname was spelt wrong (my mistake), as I tried to contact them several times being on hold for 1 hour and 45min NO Answer !! *** is that about anyway where is your customer service !? On Lunch ?? This is totally unacceptable !! I then mailed them because the voice recording I heard several million times said if I don't want to wait I must mail them, so I did. Day after I mail I them received a mail that said they will be in contact within 10 working days ( like *** 10 days?). this is a joke !! that's probably why you went bankrupt! its been a month and I am still waiting !! this company will never see me again because of this !
