South African Airways and South African Airways Express baggage services is total ****.

<p>My 4 wheeler bag got damaged(cracked on the top front of the bag) on the flight form Kimberly to OR Tambo international airport on 24th of March 2016, I dont know how they were packing the laugages. But evidently it was in a neglegent way, that led to my bag being damaged.</p> <p>I reported the matter immediately when I got my bad at the baggage services counter and got a form at OR Tambo. I even went to the trouble of goind to the police station to make an affidavid, getting quote for the bag for the bag id copy and filling in the form.</p> <p>When I callled them(SAA), they kept on giving me the run arround trasfering me(to SAA Express) from one person to the other, ended up being tranfered to the cleaners line, imagine how unprofessional is that?</p> <p>They were of no help at all. Till today I have not got any help from either SSA or SSA Express and their "21 days period " has long past. </p> <p>They (SSA Express) even gave me email addresses that do not work or exist.</p> <p>I don't have a proper travel bag now. :(</p> <p>Tell me WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS?????</p>
