South African Airlines is the worst airline service I've ever experienced

<p>This actually doesn't even deserve one star. I had to suspend a return flight because of a medical emergency. I have an official waiver, and have been unable to reschedule my flight because the reservations desk keeps making mistakes, confusing the booking, losing my documentation - the list of excuses goes on. The laziness and inability to pay attention to detail of the people working there must be unparalleled. I have spent hours on the phone with no success in rebooking my flight which is supposed to be tomorrow. Additionally, the flight service on the way to SA was abysmal. The seats were old and grubby, the entertainment system didn't work, the food was terrible and they lost my special meal. I travel very frequently, and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. </p>
